Coffee prices settled higher on Friday, consolidating this week’s losses. On Thursday, arabica coffee dropped to a 1-month low and robusta fell to a 3-month low. Coffee prices have sold off sharply over the past week on the outlook for Brazil’s coffee harvest to add more supply to the market. December arabica coffee closed up +0.25 (+0.08%) on Friday at 295.60 US cents/lb and November ICE robusta coffee closed up +56 (+1.66%) at US$ 3430/tonne.
