Coffee prices rallied sharply on Monday, with arabica posting a 2-week high and robusta posting a 1-week high. Meteorologist Climatempo said Monday that rain chances for Brazil?s Minas Gerais region, the country?s largest arabica coffee producing region, are limited over the next week. December arabica coffee closed up +10.15(+3.64%) on Monday at 288.75 US cents/ lb. and November ICE robusta coffee closed up +45 (+1.34%) at US$ 3412 /tonne.
