Coffee prices settled sharply lower on Wednesday as weakness in the Brazilian real induced long liquidation in coffee futures. September arabica coffee on Wednesday closed down -13.60 (-4.01%) at 325.80 US cents/lb., and September ICE robusta coffee is closed down -104 (-2.68%) at US$ 3749/tonne.
