Pepper arrival from Karnataka pulled down prices
High Availability of pepper through imports and from Karnataka have pulled down pepper spot prices further on wednesday.
As Businessline reported, Karnataka sellers were aggressively selling at Rs 475 kg has added fuel to the fire.
Prices dropped by Rs 200 a quintal to Rs 49,200 (Ungarbled) and Rs 51,200 (Garbled).
Ungarbled – Rs 492/Kg and Garbled – Rs 512/Kg.
