Black pepper weakens on High availability
High arrival of pepper from Vietnam and other imports at cheap prices have created low demands for high priced Indian pepper at market in Kochi.
Spot prices dropped by Rs 2000 a quintal to Rs 56,100 (ungarbled) and Rs 59,100 (garbled).
Ungarbled – Rs 561 /Kg and Garbled – Rs 591 /Kg.
