Black pepper slips on imports

Black pepper spot prices on Friday slipped again as market is flooded with cheap imported pepper.

Spot prices dropped by Rs 100 a quintal to Rs 43,200 (ungarbled) and Rs 45,200 (garbled).

Ungarbled – Rs 432 / Kg and Garbled – Rs 452 /Kg.
