Black Pepper gains on good buying support

Spot prices of Black pepper on Wednesday showed firmer trend on good buying support amid tight availability.

Business Line reports “Tight supplies of high bulk density pepper could be attributed to up-trend in the prices.”

Spot prices gained by Rs 200 a quintal to Rs 39,200 (ungarbled) and Rs 41,200 (garbled).

Ungarbled – Rs 392 / Kg and Garbled – Rs 412 /Kg.
