Good demand puts pepper prices firmer

On Friday in Kochi market Black Pepper spot prices continues show upward due to good demand in limited supply .

Spot prices moves up by Rs 400 to Rs 36,400 (ungarbled) and Rs 38,400 (garbled).

Ungarbled – Rs 364 / Kg and Garbled – Rs 384 /Kg.
