Black pepper price reaches Rs 500/kg

Spot pepper prices managed to reach Rs 500/kg mark on Thursday.

Prices continues to move up from last week due to less arrival in terminal market.

Spot prices moved up by Rs 100 a quintal to Rs 48,000 (Ungarbled) and Rs 50,000 (Garbled).
