Pepper slips on increased availability

Black pepper spot prices continues to decrease on Wednesday due to high availability of pepper from imports also coupled with low quality due to increased moisture content.

Spot prices slips by Rs 100 a quintal to Rs 35,300 (Ungarbled) and Rs 37,300 (Garbled).

Ungarbled – Rs 353/Kg and Garbled –Rs 373/Kg
