Monsoon 2018 Rainfall : Ballamvati in Madikeri Tops list
As per records of KSMDMC and IMD , Monsoon rainfall till half June records massive figures after 3 years good monsoon failure .
Karnataka district wise figures shows Ballamvati from Madikeri districts received highest rainfall of massive 1264mm(50 inch) in just 15 days. Birunani of same district records 1259mm.
Samse tops Chikmangalore district with 1249mm followed by Kirugunda with 951mm rainfall.
Maranahalli tops Hassan district with 1020mm followed by Kyanahalli with 883mm rainfall.
Agumbe received 1158mm rainfall and Charmudi received 848 mm rainfall.
