Black pepper slips on news of import ban lift

In Cochin Market on Tuesday, The black pepper spot prices were down on news of withdrawal of import ban on pepper from Vietnam by Indian Govt soon.

Spot prices dropped by Rs 200 a quintal to close at Rs 59,400 (ungarbled) and Rs 62,400 (garbled) a quintal.

Ungarbled – Rs 594 / Kg and Garbled – Rs 624 /Kg
