Black pepper slips due to quality issues

Black pepper prices continues to slip on Tuesday due to quality issues.

According to sources, prices slips due to high moisture content available in arrived pepper from Kerala and Karnataka due to monsoon rains.

Spot prices slips by Rs 100 a quintal to Rs 36,200 (Ungarbled) and Rs 38,200 (Garbled).

Ungarbled – Rs 362/Kg and Garbled – Rs 382/Kg
