Black Pepper gains on good demand

Spot prices of Black pepper on Monday gained on good buying support from domestic market.

Business Line reports 33 tonnes from the high ranges and the Wayanad district were traded in terminal market.

Spot prices gained by Rs 200 a quintal to Rs 38,800 (ungarbled) and Rs 40,800 (garbled).

Ungarbled – Rs 388 / Kg and Garbled – Rs 408 /Kg.
