Black pepper continue its slip
High arrival of fresh pepper from major growing regions in Karnataka and Kerala and also rumours of withdrawal of import ban imposed on Vietnam’s pepper by Indian Govt has led black pepper spot prices to slip further on Tuesday.
Spot prices dropped by Rs 100 a quintal to Rs 58,100 (ungarbled) and ₹61,100 (garbled).
Ungarbled – Rs 581 / Kg and Garbled – Rs 612 /Kg
