Arabica fell as rains are on their way for Brazil
London: According to forecasts rains are on their way for central Brazil after a drought for three months.Some plantations damaged heavily due to drought.
On London market Arabica futures fell due to selling pressure created by good weather forecast in Brazil.
“If rains strengthens, the market will keep going down,It is the start of wet season, more rains will come” said Robobank senior commodities analyst – Carlos Mera
December Arabica coffee was down 1.9 percent,November Robusta coffee was down 1.2 percent.
